Guest Cranius
I've heard some people say that it's almost impossible to get the oppurtunity to shadow a doctor in Canada these days. Something about it being outlawed for insurance reasons. Anyone know if this is true? Thx
Guest cheech10
It is possible, but difficult. If you have a family friend or other contact, they will probably be your best bet. Once in medical school, shadowing opportunities abound.
Guest hringrose
Hi, The Medplus program at Brock University provides a lot of great opportunities for shadowing. You can read more about it at http://www.brocku.ca/experienceplus/medplus The program is for Brock students only, however, so it might only be of interest if you are currently a high school student applying to university. hringrose
