I apparently forgot to send this in (I think it would be easier if Ottawa send all the forms in one package instead of having to click on hyperlinks) and I just tried to use the hyperlink and also went directly to their webpage and the same thing happens...a screen opens, it looks like my computer is doing something, a little blue bar happens and then it says it is done.
