I ran into this site tonight, and figured I'd post up a link to it. Essentially, you type in your annual income (in USD), and it figures out how you stack up in relation to the rest of the world.

 

As physicians, we have it pretty good no matter how you cut it. Firing in an annual income of $100,000 has you comfortably within the top 1% of the world's population, and if you step it up to $200,000, you climb into the top 0.001% of the world's population, as well as becoming the 107,565 richest person in the world. Just some perspective on what's really out there.
