Guest UWOMED2005
Red Cross works too! Pay attention in those courses!! It's basically all the first aid/CPR training you'll get in med school until you take your ACLS in med school, which at UWO occurs in 4th year. You don't want be that med student who looks foolish when one of their friends or relatives starts choking (Go get Bobby! He's a med student!) and you can't remember how to do abdominal compressions and your kid brother, a lifeguard at a community wading pool, has to step in to save the day. Guest QM6
lol... same deal with wearing shirts/jackets emblazoned with "[school] Medicine" - be careful! Also, it's St John, sans "s"... (I know, nitpickery... I think there was a thread on this one a while ago too.)
