However, on the apartments' website it is claimed that the apartments are within walking distance of an Extra Foods. This Extra Foods has since closed down, so if you do move into Stonebridge, you will have to shop elsewhere. Guest kosmo14 Posted July 26, 2006 Report Share Posted July 26, 2006 I used to live at stonebridge. They are very nice apartments as Boardwalk keeps the up very well. They are all newly renovated. You are within walking distance of Preston Crossing (mall with grocery store, walmart, can tire, futureshop, old navy etc.)via the walkway beside the trainbridge crossing circle drive just off of reid road, so it would only be a 7 min walk, also not so far to the university. Disadvantage of boardwalk tends to be a little more expensive with them sometimes requiring you to sign 6-12 mos leases. Hope this helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
