Guest leonardo love jen
Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in studying for this summer MCAT together on campus? Any interest would be much appreciated! Thanks! ;) :rollin Dave
Guest physiology
Hey Yah, I'd be interested... I've tried doing some of those verbal passages and they're hard! Anyway, I don't study well at home...so...a study group at UBC would be cool.

Guest benjibert
Hey guys, I wish I had done so when I was an undergrad. Went in and took the MCAT twice, as a loner not having quite gone through the couple of MCAT prep books I bought. Needless to say, those two attempts were not successful at all. In my last semester of grad school, I challenged myself to taking an MCAT prep while tying loose ends to graduate with my MA. Tough, but worth it. Thank God I had this instructor who knows how to teach all science and non-science areas tested. He said he spent years figuring out some organic chem concepts not quite well taught at universities. It was ironic to realize then I did not really quite get some of the key science concepts while as a UBC microbi undergrad. I did well on my MCAT, good enough to have gotten interviews and now waiting for the verdict from UBC Med. Good studying! Study groups really help!
