Guest rBurgundy
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone that was involved in the application process was aware of how these bonus/negative marks were handed out for the final NAQ/AQ score. Thanks.
Guest DramaticallyCounterintuitive
I'm not sure about the bonus marks, but the negative marks are usually due to generally poor quality of the application, such as spelling and grammar errors. Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, In the past there were also negative marks doled out for poor references. Cheers, Kirsteen
Guest kaymcee
I got 0.5 Negative Points for my application to UBC this year. Not entirely sure why. Maybe the advising session will be able to tell me, but not likely.
Guest Parii
Hi there, last year I got 1 bonus point for my essay: it was creative and it could "clearly" show how I did over come a really touch situation in my life... and how it makes me a good applicant ... etc etc. pari
Guest Parii
sorry in the previous message I mean "tough" not 'touch' situation. It is because I don't like to spell check... pari
