Basement suite 2 mins. from campus

So I'm off to Queen's Med and my parents want to rent out our suite in the fall. It is LARGE - big bedroom w/closet; kitchen, bathroom, and very spacious dining/living room with murphy (wall pull-out) double bed. Seperate entrance and patio, your own washer/dryer. Heat/hydro would be included, and an alarm system is in place. Furnished, right down to plates and cutlery.

 

Although my parents are away most weekends they are still looking for a quiet student or couple. No raging parties, no smoking, no 'large' pets. 6th & Tolmie - 3.5 short blocks from safeway & 99 b-line bus, one block from the end of university golf course, 5 min. walk to beach.

 

Plus, my parents are real cool cats!
