Guest TKP 123
Hello, I realized that for med 1 students, classes generally start around 7:30am to 8:30am, and then ends about 5-5:30pm. How do the current med students find about the schedule? Does anyone find it difficult to wake up at 6 ish AM and then by the school at 7:30am? When do you guys usually sleep at? Around 11pm or earlier? Do you have enough time to get your work done while having enough time to sleep everyday? I am kind of a staying-late person, and I guess I need to change my living style in a month before school starts. Any comments? Thanks.
Guest lex
the earliest you'll start is 8am. during orientation, there may be a few days where they'll want you there by 7:30 but nothing will start till 8 and you won't have to do that again for at least the first 2 years. then end of the day will usually come earlier than 5. sample week: monday 8-4 tuesday 1-4 wednesday 8-5 thursday 1-4 friday 8-
Guest physiology
The earliest that classes start is at 8 am. I think it's better than let's say a 9 am start. The traffic gets exponentially worse between 8 am to 9 am. It's not bad getting up at 6:45 am for a 8 am start. You pretty much have to do this every MWF. Tuesdays adn Thursdays you may get to sleep in a little. Physio
