Guest hesam7
I'm doing my biological science degree in five years instead of four years and currently I'm in my fifth year (only have 2 courses left). I was wondering how NOSM calculates my WGPA. Would it be year 2 GPA x 1, year 3 GPA x 2, and year 4 GPA x 3 or year 2 GPA x 1, year 3 GPA x 2? Am I classified as an applicant who is in the progress of year 4 of my four-year undergrad? Thanks for your help
Guest NurseNathalie
I would suggest calling the school to find out.. only they will have the real true answer for you Nat
Guest docormama
The way I interpreted the answer on their FAQ section of the website is that they will group all of your courses into what is the equivalent of 4 "years". IE: the first ten courses count as year one and are not included in your WGPA, next ten count x1, next ten count x2, next ten count x3. Hope that makes sense.....
