In that case, I guess the interview would be closed file. Although I'm not sure if that's exactly what you mean. Either way, hope it helps!!! Guest sneakydog Posted March 1, 2004 Report Share Posted March 1, 2004 the interviews are closed file and the interviewers have no prior knowledge of you or your application. they do not even know if this is your first, third or 10th interview. however in my interview this year they asked me to tell them about my application and to highlight the strong points of it as they have not had the ability to view it. kinda unexpected question but easy one to answer.
