Announcement: Buying and Selling of MCAT materials

Hi all,

As far as I am aware, buying and selling of MCAT prep materials isn't illegal once you have purchased the books. However, I had to delete a message today that was offering to distribute photocopied material for a nominal price. While the spirit of comraderie is admirable (the med school admissions process costs a fortune), it puts me in a very difficult position, as this is clearly illegal, and not supportable by these forums. Please keep this in mind when posting any future advertisements.

Cheers,

Ian

Me and a friend of mine, who both took the MCAT last year, bought all 5 AAMC practice exams from the AAMC, and split the cost my photocopying. However, if you go to a photocopy place they won't do it for you, you have to do it yourself. I didn't feel so bad splitting it between the two of us, since its already a RIDICULOUS amount of money ($US money no less!!), and I think its a more efficient way of doing it.

(Ian, i can understand if you delete this message.)
