I did not see any info for release directly listing OMSAS. Is the following the appropriate box to check off during registration:

"I hereby authorize the AAMC to release a record of my test scores, as derived from the administration of this edition of the MCAT, to the health professions advisor and the health professions advisory committee of the undergraduate institution (as selected below) that will provide my letters of evaluation to schools of medicine and/or where I will complete the courses required for application to medical school. "

Thx.

I think what you included above only pertains to people attending undergrad in the States, where they have a premedical advisor. What you're looking for is the score release form - it's a sheet given out to you at the end of the MCAT. You then indicate the schools/application services (e.g. McGill, UBC, and OMSAS) that you want your scores sent to. The code numbers for these institutions are listed inside the MCAT registration booklet.
