On the medicine admission website, it says people w/o bio 12 need to take bio 111, but underneath in small print, "those with an A in bio 12 can be exempted from bio 111". So I'm confused, if I don't have an A, do I need to take bio 111? Also, do bio 12 or high school mark in general matter in med school admission? Thanks a lot! Guest physiology Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 IMHO, don't bother with that course. My friend took it and hated it. If you do end up taking it, you'll have to take the other medicine pre-req biol 121, and your first year schedule is just too tight for that.
