mccqe part 1 - too late?

Is it too late to apply for the MCCQE part 1 this year? When do most people write it?

 

I'm a Canadian-citiz, US-grad and would like to be licensed in Canada as well. Also, if I missed Part 1 this year, can I take part 1 and 2 next year (after 1 year of postgrad training)? Also, by completing part 1 and 2, does that mean I will be licensed and thus be able to 'prescribe' in Canada?

I do think it is too late, I had to apply in December for my exam in early May...

I believe there is a fall writing as well, you may be in time for that one if you get on it now...

Sorry, not sure on that one...we have to take them 1.5 years apart...at graduation and then in the fall of PGY-2...

 

If you are a PGY-2 or above, you may be able to?...sorry, not sure on that one...the mcc website won't tell you? Give them a call..
