Guest Ames309
Hearing about the hours and demands of clerkship (and residencies), eg working 80-100 hrs/wk and being on call for 30+ hrs straight, makes me wonder if clerks and residents have time or even the energy to have a life of their own outside of the hospital. It sounds like any time outside of the hospital is automatically spent trying to make up for the lack of sleep I was wondering if any of you are married or are in serious relationships and how you manage your relationships despite the stresses of work... I would really appreciate any feedback and insight!
