Guest summervirus Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 Hi there. A lot of medical students, residents, fellows, and at least one staff physician (!) live in Windsor Park Plaza. I was there for a little while too when I first came to Edmonton. It is pretty clean and safe. It is, however, one of the most pricey places around though. There are a lot of "extras" that is included in your rent including a pool, gym, mini movie theatre, computer room, lounge, etc. I haven't been there in years but I was told that over the last year, there has been a little problem with cleanliness because some of the university students just don't really care... and end up littering and stuff...
