Mcat scores problems

I'm having problems with my u of a application. The application site says that my mcat marks have not been recieved yet. I went to the aamc.org site two weeks ago and I indicated that I wanted my marks sent to U of A, and I did so by clicking on 'Send all marks' and highlighting U of A. A few days later the aama site said the transfer was complete. So either a) the u of a is inundated with mcat marks from tons of applicants and they're a little slow processing or I didn't properly send my mcat marks. Can anyone give me a hand? I already e-mailed the u of a, but the response I got was not useful, and they seem to be really busy processing apps right now.
