How do people dress on first day?

After reading Calgary's postings, I was just wondering how casual (or not) U of A med students tend to dress on the first day?

hmmm, it's like high school all over again... what to wear?! I wouldn't mind an answer to this question either... last thing I need is to stick out like a sore thumb on day one...

It's casual. The only time you have to dress up is during the professional standards ceremony, which is in the evening. Make sure you wear something comfortable for the team building day. You'll be outside all day and dress for the weather.

Like summervirus said, it is casual.... Almost everyone wore jeans and a t-shirt. A few girls wore dressier clothes, like black pants, but those people tend to wear that kind of thing all year round.

finally an albertan who knows what versace is!!!! THANK THE LORDS (note the plural for us brown folk :smokin )...my mission has been successful!!!!
