Guest bean1983 Posted July 16, 2004 Report Share Posted July 16, 2004 Hey all -- I just got the big call today:rollin ...its pretty awesome to get the feeling after seeing/reading so many other peeps get it...especially b/c i hear 3rd year IP waitlist doesnt move a heckuva lot...anyways my friend (also 3rd year IP) got in off the waitlist this week too, so the list is moving more than usual!!! anyways i've been checking in on this topic lots to get updates and all - so thanks to everyone for posting whatever info they had! A friend of mine received a phone-call from Admissions after being initially rejected. He was surprised to find out that UofA needed more people on the waitlist. So, apparently they are struggling to fulfill their quota of 25 2nd/3rd year students. Seems interesting, no! First time I've heard of people being asked back after being rejected.
