If I apply to any university program, and if my marks are high enough will I be accepted regardless of if I did very poor in grade 11 or not? I'm talking about a situation where I am applying for a university program with a very high standard.

Thanks, guys. Your help is very much appreciated.

By high enough, I assume that you mean high enough in Grade 12? Then by that, generally yes, universities don't care about your grade 11 marks as they base admissions on grade 12 marks. However, where grade 11 marks will make a difference is when you are applying for the really big scholarships (because your complete gr.12 marks won't be fully out before they decide on the recipient).

If you are in Ontario and wanting to attend an Ontario university, Grade 11 marks really are meaningless to them, with the exception of scholarships, like snplow said.
