Room to rent

Hi-- I live in the Main Street area, on Drummond Street, and would like to rent a room or two in my house or share the house. I'm inviting you to check out my house, if you are a non-smoker. I have a 14 year old daughter who lives with me half-time.

 

I'm asking 450$ for the room, plus $50 for highspeed internet, utilites, etc.

 

There's parking available, storage, shared excellent laundry facilities, kitchen, etc. There's a great back yard, with apple tree and grapevines, nearby restaurant, bookstore, organic grocery store, corner store, etc. 2 blocks from bike path and canal. I work at Carleton and can offer some rides in that direction.

 

I have shared houses many times before-- and enjoy co-operative living.
