What catergories did they grade on?

Hi Everyone,

 

I would be interested to hear from people who have interviewed before and have gone through the feedback session on what catergories they mark for in the interviews. I've heard they give a mark out of 10 for things like motivation, integrity and maturity. If someone could expand or correct me if I'm wrong, that would be great.
