Last year, during my final MSc year, although I hadn't applied for any UTAPS-like relief or grant, I received one, much to my delight. Guest BBB Posted August 29, 2004 Report Share Posted August 29, 2004 Alberta is a rich province with zero provincial debt. Students do get upto $30,000 per year for combined provincial/federal loans.
