Guest dopetown
My buddy is dropping out of eng. because he hates it. He's narrowed his next choice down to either medicine (for which he has to start another undergrad because his marks blow), or the canadian special forces (I think it's called JTF2 or JFBI2 or JFK Jr. 2 or KFC Combo 2). He's read a couple of books about the military but not for medicine. What are some good books you folks would recommend he read? I'll pass on the message. edit: Oh yeah, I realize you can be a physician in the military, but he wants specifically special forces (probably from watching Rambo I too many times). Guest MrNeuroscience
Sift through this link: p090.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm20.showMessage?topicID=537.topic (It's in the Interview forum on the third page) There are loads of books in there that are really interesting, and I'm sure your friend will be able to find something to interest him/her.
