Guest UTgrad
Hi. I graduated from UT with 2 years of chemistry experience, but for my general chemistry i only have half year's worth of lab experience. most US schools have indicated that they require one full year. I have 2 questions. 1. my first year orgo course name was structure and reactivity and there is no mention of it being orgo on the transcript. Do you think that i can pass this off as being a general chem. IF that is the case then i can substitute my biochem lab course as an orgo and then i would be set. But 2. if that doesnt work, i would have to take another half year course but there are no spots left at UT downtown. and all the other general chem courses have no lab component. I would go to UTM but that interferes with my work schedule. So my final option would be to take a course at Ryerson. Does anybody know if taking a course at Ryerson would be enough to fulfill my prereq? Any help would be great
