I need some med students help on this.. my girlfriend was feeling sick and was coughing a bit.. and the last time she coughed, there was blood. It was a pretty big piece covered in blood.. Now I dont know if this is the right place to ask this, but seeing this is a med board.. maybe you guys already know about this? (Thats why I'm getting into med!).. BTW, she's 19, not a smoker.. genrally in good health. I thought it was maybe pneumonia or bronchitis (sp?).. but I didnt know if this was considered an emergency.
