Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, I'm looking for a good surgical atlas, i.e., one that highlights the anatomy involved in different types of surgical procedures. I've little idea where to start as I've not looked for one of these tomes before. Can anyone recommend one that's gotten some good reviews? Cheers, Kirsteen
Guest cracked30
It depends on the surgeries you wish to study. If it's GenSx, I could sell you a hardly used Zollinger and Zolinger for less that half the retail price.
Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, There you go, I can demonstrate that I know little about these atlases as I had little idea that they were anything but huge panaceae of surgery. Is Zollinger a good and useful book? (If you're in surgery currently then it doesn't sound like it might be.) I would be interested in one that covers aspects of general, vascular and plastic surgery as well as surgical oncology if such a beast exists. Guest cracked30
It goes through about 100 surgeries, in detail, for gen sx, step by step with diagrams. Pretty good if you want to understand the process of what your doing.
