3.5 courses...that doesn't show academic strengths

If queen's grants interviews based on 3.5 courses...and they also don't look into GPA during interview and after, it must be difficult to determine if the applicant can actually handle the medical school load. I guess a 32 on the mcat must show alot. Most people applying to medical school have 4.5 or greater course semesters.
