Guest slysniper
Hi everyone. I was thinking of possibly some dental-related volunteering to bragg about it on my interview (if I heopfully get one next year). Do you know if it is a good idea to do so? If so, where can I volunteer? Thanks PS I already have some medical volunteer expereince, not dental though.
Guest sweetyork
As I had interview in only one dental school (UofT), I may not be the best person to give you advice. However, as much as I know, they don't ask any question where you can talk about your volunteering work (let alone any previous dental experience). I think that's more for US dental school. The questions really deal with life experiences (perticularly, negative life experiences). You have to be able to show that you can (and have in the past) handle various problems. Hope this helps.
