The house has a great location on lower Collingwood near the lake very close to campus - if you're new to Kingston, Collingwood is only one street west of campus. It's a 5 minute walk to the JDUC and a 8 minute walk to Botterell (where most of your classes will be). The rent is cheap! ($270/month), and it's an 8 month lease (end of August-May 1), meaning you won't have to pay rent for the summer! You'll be living with 5 very cool and fun guys (all non-smokers). Right now, we have cable TV, cable internet, and the house is fully furnished (except your bedroom, of course).
