Writing down EC's

I'm applying for the first time across the Canada this year.

I found that I need to write down ECs for OMSAS application as well as separately for other schools(like UBC, Calgary). Am I writing ECs that I've done during my university life only? or does that include highschool ECs as well? and does this vary between schools?(I guess Ontarios are all the same cause they have same application form)

If it was noted somewhere in the application, excuse me for not reading carefully

From what I've heard (I'm applying for the first time this year too) you should put your high school ECs as well. I think OMSAS requests from the time you were 16.

I just have one more question

(for now..I am sure I'll get tons of questions when I actually start doing this application process.. )

 

Do we need to contact all those verifiers to make sure that they are still available and will still remember me? I mean I transfered highschool from time to time, and from my old highschool, I don't think I can set anyone as a verifier. For example, participation in a junior soccer team..I don't even remember the teacher's name who coached. should I just put the principal as the verifier and contact him/her (I don't even know this..lol) to confirm that I did participate?

As long as you can get someone to confirm that you in fact did participate in the activity you listed. So, if that means getting the principle, then I think it would be safe to assume that it's fine.
