Institution name/address in confidential assessment form

When preparing the confidential assessment form (CAF), under institution name if we put U of T (for example), then on the form it would have "27 Kings College Cr" as the referee's address (since that's the central address of U of T). However, the referee him/herself works at a specific building with a different address; wouldn't it be more appropriate to manually type in the referee's specific address (rather than have the default address for the entire institution)?

Although a couple of my referees were affiliated with my university, I manually entered the addresses for my referees as it was more accurate.
