Anyway, one question about the final paragraph : The final paragraph (no more than 15 lines) should include some explanation of why you have decided on a career in medicine. Does it mean that the final paragraph does not have to directly/logically follow whatever is mentioned in the rest of the essay (i.e. about volunteerism)?
