U of T graduate applicants: Don't forget the supplementary application!

Recommended Posts

As title!

Just a friendly reminder.

I was talking to a grad student the other day about medical school applications and he did not know the fact that he has to submit a mandatory supplementary application to U of T which is due in early January 2007.

Undergraduate applicants, DO NOT worry! Only graduate applicants have to do so.

Best of luck!

In addition to the three references required as part of the application, the applicant shall have a member of his/her Thesis Committee supply the Faculty with a confidential letter evaluating his/her research work and stating the expected date of degree completion. Additional letters of reference will also be considered. Applicants should supply evidence of research productivity, including abstracts of any published work. This information must be forwarded separately to this medical school by January 5, 2007. An up-to-date official transcript showing fall marks for graduate courses is required if applicable. This transcript should be mailed directly to the University of Toronto. The Faculty will not consider applicants who re-classify from one graduate degree to another during the application cycle.
