Bear1056
Hey, I was wondering if we are free to bring spouses to the social events if it is not explicitly stated... any comments? Is it rude to ask?
007
I'm only in second year, but I can't imagine it being rude to ask. I'm surprised they didn't say whether sig others were invited. Perhaps the person organizing it just forgot to say. Mind you, if they said they were invited for other events and not for the one in question, that might be your answer right there. Kirsteen
Hey there, For the CaRMS social events to which I've received an invitation, none have specified inclusion of a significant other or family members. That being said, as mentioned previously, it doesn't hurt to ask. Cheers, Kirsteen
CutieYellow
Hi, Different situation for me, for most of my CaRMS social events, it is specified that i could bring an Significant other - in fact, many of them encouraged that the S/O be there for the introduction/breakfast/lunch/interview day. Really, the only time I wasn't allowed was during the interview itself CY
