sambie
So UBC looks for "diversity of experience" as one of the main categories to calculate NAQ right? Do you guys think it will still count as "diverse" if my ECs and employment history show diversity but only in a specific field? For example, autism behavioural consultant, a solely South-East Asian psychorehab for autistics in Japan, giving lectures to mentally disabled patients, ABA therapist at a school, etc. My focus is to specialize as opposed to be an FP. Kuantum
If you do different and unique activities...I think that would probably be diverse.
drcave
my ECs are cave guiding, cave exploration, drawing cave maps, cave conservation, editing a caving magazine, cave rescue Now thats diversity!

wanttobedoc
I think I would get claustrophobic in caves...can't do it. I can barely sleep in a dark room. Do you think that will hurt my chances for getting into med school?
