It's a sweet condo located about 5 minutes away from McGill (in the ghetto). You would have your own room (a little on the smallish size but with french doors that open into a huge common space) and your own bathroom (shared shower). The apartment has a dishwasher, AC, big screen tv, cable etc. My roomate also has two adorable (and fat) cats. The rent is $625/mth and then another $60ish for phone/internet/cable.
