It is the mainfloor of a bungalow in Northend Halifax (several blocks north of Young so its a great, safe, quiet neighborhood). Could be used as a 3 or 2 bedroom, as one of the bedrooms has a sliding door which leads to a great deck with great view of mckay bridge/harbor/bridge. It is a 12 min drive to university, there is a bus stop right outside, 5 min to Halifax Shopping Center, <10 min to Bayers Lake. Hardwood floors through most (lino in kitchen, ceramic in bath, and carpet in one bedroom). You get half the basement for your (unshared) laundry and storage, the other half is a basement suite which has a quiet tenant. There is a yard, parking. Dresses up great inside.
