I know that one is regarded as a "dependent" within 4 years of secondary education -- but is it possible to obtain funding if the value of one's total assets is sufficiently low? Smurfette Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 Yeah, if your parents don't have a whole lot of money, then you can probably get an OSAP loan. Medicine is so expensive that most families can't afford to pay for your education. Unless your parents own a couple extra houses or something, you'll likely get something.
