sweet-buds Posted May 25, 2007 Report Share Posted May 25, 2007 I am a computer engineering student at mcgill university, I have completed 28 credits, mostly freshman year and the grades and not up to the mark. Most of them are Cs and a 2 repated courses.I would like to apply to med school in final year of graduation. Also I want to start preparing for MCAT and xtra curricular activities. somebody pls guide me? also with reference to the prerequisites, I have done one chemistry course with c and one general physics course with D. This is my third semester @ mcgill and and I have been on probationary standing from my first semster with a c.g.pa. of 1.33,1.99 and 1.83. i Know this g.pa is really bad and thinking of increasing above 3.0 next year. I had family problems due to the fact I could not do well in school. I would like to know whether I should repaet the above chemistry and physics course to apply to mcgill medicine. Does mcgill exempt the forst 30 credits like u of m. I know i really have to work hard and it breaks my heart sometimes thinking i cannot make it.Pls guide me.
