I would like to know if you are considered manitoba resident if you reside in manitoba and go to u of m but be on quebec student loans. I am from quebec.and i would find it hard to finance my education without loans. Please help me.
keith_015
If you fit the criteria of being a MB resident you will qualify for that stream of admissions. Regarding student loans, because you had loans previously from Quebec, you will most likely have to apply for loans from them once again.
