sweet-buds
how does u of m see you as a manitoba resident for medicine if you are studying undergrad at u of m but applying for quebec loans to study the undergrad? I mean is it possible for someone to apply as a manitoba resident even if they are on some other provinces loans but yet studying in manitoba. If you stay in Manitoba long enough you'll be counted as a Manitoba resident (I believe it's 2 years, though I may stand corrected). Presumably, after this time period you would apply for Manitoba Student Loans. I'd check with the awards / student aid office either at McGill or at the University of Manitoba. http://umanitoba.ca/student/staffdir/faa.html BTW, I PM'd you in response to one of your other questions.
