008 Posted May 30, 2007 Report Share Posted May 30, 2007 For the post-match ppl, residents and anyone who has done any electives: What kind of things (in general) should one ask about regarding a residency program regardless of specialty? I can think of a few off the top of my head, but I always find it useful to ask around because there's always someone out there who can offer a different perspective! - are the residents treated well, supported and respected by staff? - overall quality of training - elective opportunities - aspects of program which differ from other schools etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
