The later you apply, the longer the verification time as there are more applicants. How long it will take depends on how many other people have submitted their application. I submitted mine in early August and it took 3 weeks. So I'm *guessing* it'll take less than 3 weeks lol. Sorry this wasnt much help but there really is no way to tell.
