There are three bedrooms up and a large living space/bedroom in the basement. Stove/Fridge/Deepfreeze and Washer/Dryer are included. The yard is sprawling down to the Assiniboine River and the yardwork and snow removal is included in the rent. If you are going to spend four years with your nose stuck in a book, at least do it somewhere that you can kick back and get outside, and swing in a hammock, on your wireless internet.
