I believe the AMCAS application guide (that giant pdf file) has a list of all the courses/disciplines that they consider to be "science". You could check that out to make sure your references will work for AMCAS.

 

That's what AMCAS considers as science when computing your BCPM GPA though. Each school has different criteria for reference letters so your best bet is to check with them.

That is very true actually :P It is always best to talk to the schools directly. I remember that one school would not accept a letter from a pharm prof because according to them it wasn't a science course :rolleyes:
