So I'm trying to register on the CaRMs website and I get as far as the agreement window but after I click "I Accept" I get a message at the bottom of the page saying "Unexpected system failure please contact system administrator" Anyone else have this problem? Also, I read that if you didn't enter your credit card info on the first try with the CaRMS token, your account was desactivated, and that you needed to call carms to get a new token.
