In the application you are asked if you have applied last year and was wondering if it is just to transfer your transcripts (providing they didn't change from last year). MED TIPS Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Medical schools generally do not look at a student's previous applications. In fact, each new application often requires new supporting documents (including transcripts) even if you have applied in the past. Since each school has different retention policies, you can contact the Office of the Dean at 604-822-2421 to find out information about UBC. Good luck! So far I haven't found a question asking if I applied last year. So how do they know to carry supporting documents from last year applicants? I might've missed the Q asking for that. Poolboy Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 As far as I know they do not look at previous applications - I'm not sure if they know how many times you have applied previously though - which can work in your favor if it's been a few times - persistence, commitment!!
