dranseth
I am wondering if any of you have some recommendations on some benefitial places to volunteer (in Saskatoon). If there was a place that you really enjoyed volunteering and you wouldn't mind telling me about it, that would be great. Thanks in advance. kgmed23
I can't help you with any volunteering places in Sask in particular but just a general advice.....think of stuff you really enjoy and get involved in that. There is nothing that is the most "suitable" activity to get into medical school. Think of your interests and what you are passionate about and try finding a volunteer role with a organization in that field. If you are not too sure, try different things out and see where you find most satisfaction and continue on with those only.
snplow
Have you considered volunteering with SWITCH? It's a clinic run jointly by health care professionals and students in Saskatoon. Here's a link for more information: http://www.switch.usask.ca/
